Acceptable Use Policy

As the proprietor of a webstore, you are obligated to comply with all pertinent laws in every action related to your use of any Cordarium services, including but not limited to Webstores and Payment Processor Service. This obligation holds regardless of the purpose of your use. Furthermore, adherence to the terms outlined in this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is mandatory.
Moreover, our partnered Publishers may impose additional restrictions on Acceptable Use at their discretion. These restrictions are supplementary to the terms of this AUP and must be observed concurrently.
Prohibited Activities
- Utilization of any Cordarium service is prohibited for activities that:
1.1 Violate any applicable law, bylaw, statute, or regulation, or that encourage, promote, or facilitate others in engaging in illegal activities.
1.2 Offer for sale items unrelated to your game server or its community, or items that affect core gameplay or other servers. For instance, selling in-game perks or ranks within an associated communication platform (such as Discord) is permissible. However, selling items such as software, physical goods, access to vehicles, weapons, drugs, or other items affecting other servers or core gameplay is not allowed.
1.3 Offer for sale items deemed obscene or of a sexual nature.
1.4 Infringe upon or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy, or other personal rights under any jurisdiction's laws.
1.5 Offer for sale items that can be converted into fiat (real-world) currency.
1.6 Do not provide any tangible benefit in exchange for payment (i.e., donations).
1.7 Imply that funds are being given or donated to a third party, such as a charity.
1.8 Imply that funds for Exchange service.
1.9 Offer for sale items involving gambling or activities where the reward/prize is based on chance. This includes but is not limited to casino-type games, betting on event outcomes, lottery-type events, or any ventures involving a purchase/entry with an outcome based on chance, including "lootboxes" or similar mechanisms under other names.
Enforcement
- Upon receiving a report or identifying any violation of the above or additional AUP, Cordarium will promptly verify the report and, upon verification:
3.1 Disable the webstore responsible for the violation to accept cryptocurrency by using Cordarium Services.
3.2 Restrict access to the funds and withdrawal services generated by the webstore responsible for the violation.
